Our History

Cedar Crossing was incorporated in 2009 to provide an affordable housing option in Red Bank, NJ. Each resident owns their own unit and contributes monthly dues to the upkeep of the property.

Board & Management

Cedar Crossing is run by a volunteer Board made up of Unit Owners in good standing. Current Board Members are:

Chris Pascarella (President) - Term expires 12/31/2026

Melissa Moore (Treasurer) - Term expires 12/31/2026

Arlene Bernard (Secretary) - Term expires 12/31/2026

Julianne Kuczinski (Member at Large) - Term expires 12/31/2025

We are managed by the Red Bank Housing Authority.
